All of our Seattle products, including dedicated servers, colocation and VPS, use the same China optimised networking if using Spartan Host IP addresses. Only exceptions are non DDoS protected IPs and L7 protected IPs (DDoS-guard - used if you select L3, L4, L7 when purchasing additional IPs).
The routing we use is as follows:
China Telecom + Unicom inbound (China to US) = AS4134
China Mobile inbound = China Mobile International (CMI)
China Telecom + Unicom + Mobile outbound (US to China) = AS4837
