Perform the following in the Path.net Firewall Manager.
Ensure you have the following firewall ports open:
Main server port: UDP = 22003
HTTP Port: TCP = 22005
ASE Port (queries): UDP = 22126
Enable the following filters:
ASE/Multi Theft Auto Queries, port = 22126, strict mode = true
TCP Service (symmetric), port = 22005, Per-connection Max Packets Per Second = 15
Note that Path.net does not offer any filter for the main server port or an application specific filter for the HTTP port therefore it is not possible to fully protect MTA from application layer DDoS attacks with Path.net ddos protection.
