If you are going to be away and won't be able to pay your server bill you might want to add some funds to your billing account so your server doesn't get suspended or terminated.

You can do this by following these steps:

Step 1: Go to http://billing.spartanhost.net/index.php and log into your billing account

Step 2: Click the 'billing' drop down menu and select 'add funds'.

Step 3: Choose the amount you want to add and click 'add funds'

You can only deposit $400 at a time and have a maximum of $600 in funds. If you need to add more, contact us on live chat or send in a billing ticket if live chat is unavailable.
